Return & Refund Policy – Interstatement Custom Vinyl and Signs

Effective Date: May 17th 2025

At Interstatement Custom Vinyl and Signs, we care deeply about customer satisfaction and product quality. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible non-custom products.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags (if applicable)

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • The item must not be custom-made, personalized, or on sale

Custom vinyl decals, personalized signage, and any made-to-order designs cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

We will confirm if your item is eligible and, if approved:

  • Send a return shipping label

  • Provide return instructions and address

  • Returns must be shipped to:

🚫 Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

…please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

We will evaluate and work quickly to correct the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized vinyl decals and signage

  • Sale items or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or applied vinyl or decals

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

  • Items without original packaging or receipt

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)


6. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? The fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the item you have

  2. Once approved and refunded, place a new order separately


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you via email about approval or denial

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider

📌 If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.


8. Orders via Etsy, eBay, and Third-Party Platforms

We fulfill orders placed on Etsy, eBay, and other marketplaces through Shopify. If you purchased from one of those platforms, the return process is still handled by our team. Please contact us directly at interstatement.info@gmail.com instead of through the platform’s messaging center for the fastest service.


9. European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Items must still be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
