Shipping Policy – Interstatement Custom Vinyl and Signs

Thank you for shopping with Interstatement Custom Vinyl and Signs! We’re committed to delivering high-quality custom vinyl decals, acrylic signage, and personalized business prints as quickly and efficiently as possible.


1. Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing times:

  • Standard orders: 2–5 business days

  • Custom orders: 3–7 business days (depending on complexity)

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped using trusted carriers through our Shopify-integrated shipping system, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx (in select cases)

We select the most reliable and cost-effective shipping method based on your location and the size of your order.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Destination zip code

  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on select items or order minimums.


5. Delivery Time Estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


6. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

If you placed an order via Etsy, eBay, or another platform, your tracking will still be managed through our Shopify fulfillment system.


7. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

If your package is lost, stolen, or marked delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local post office

  2. Contact us at interstatement.info@gmail.com for help with filing a claim

We do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.


8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.


9. Damaged Items During Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and replace or refund your item if eligible.


10. Local Pickup or Delivery (Portland Metro Only)

We may offer local pickup or delivery in the Portland, Oregon area for certain orders. Please email us to check availability before placing your order.
